Accenture and XLRI have jointly organised a 24 month “Certification in Human Capital Management” programme for recent graduates

This initiative by Accenture aims at building a strong and diverse workforce for HR functions.It’s a 24 month certificate program with 15 learning modules focussing on IT and ITES.

After completion of this programme students will be employed by Accenture as full time employees in its HR department.

Graduates and post-graduates with 0-2 yrs experience can apply by sending their CV to Accenture HR by August 5th 2010.
