Experience:
5-8 Years of relevant IT Experience
At least 3 years of experience in Server Side Development
At least 3 years of experience in Lotus Script

Basic Qualification:
-Bachelor’s Degree
-Diploma

Certifications:
IBM Certified Advanced Application Developer – Lotus Notes and Domino 8

Availability:
Willingness to work with different team
On call support as and when needed

Automation – Service Deliverables
The Service consists of monitoring, troubleshooting, problem resolution and system administration for messaging infrastructure. Backup management is also part of messaging services. Messaging infrastructure is monitored on proactive basis for service interruption, server performance and backup failures.

Roles & Responsibilities: The purpose of this role is to automate tasks performed by team in order to ensure reduction of human intervention, human errors, and manual repetitive tasks. The emphasis would be on skills like
Identifying automation opportunities
Work on scripting, automation tools
Work on existing scripts & tools to fine tune them
Work with cross competency team and leverage tools, scripts
Adhere to delivery deadlines
Proactive and Clear Communication
Quality & Process Compliance
Technology Knowledge Areas –
Lotus Script
VBScript
Java Script
Lotus formula language
Shell Scripting
PHP
Knowledge of developing web application
Perl Scripting
Product awareness & Third Party Tools

Technology Experience
Sound experience with Linux/AIX/Unix server application programming
Excellent knowledge on Lotus Scripts
Sound knowledge on Database Management system
Sound knowledge on Shell scripting
Basic knowledge on Mailing clients
Basic understanding of Server component
Knowledge of Netmeeting/Terminal Service/RDP

Soft Skills
Excellent Written & Verbal Communication
Skills to work in team and collaborative environment
Customer/Vendor interaction & co-ordinations
