IT Exp: 9+ Yrs

Skills:

1.Expert in J2EE based technologies, with excellent grasp of fundamentals with 8-10 years of project experience.
2.Should be able to create presentations for potential customers looking to upgrade their technology platforms. Should be able to respond to customer RFP/RFI.
3.Should have worked in at least one project where SOA design was adopted.
4.Should be willing to travel onsite for 2-4 weeks assignment once/twice a year.
5.Should be a quick learner with an open mind and ability to work on one or two assignments simultaneously.
6.Should be hands on creating Proof of concept to showcase GTOs abilities, should be capable of evaluating & recommending technologies to potential customers.
7.Should be well versed in using in at least one technology stack from IBM, Oracle or Open Source technologies
8.Should act as mentor/lead to juniors in the group.
