Good Understanding of Actionscript 3.0,Experience on Flash projects is a must,Knowledge of Flex and Actionscript 3.0

1. Good Understanding of the Flash Object Model
2. Good understanding of the Event Model in Actionscript 3.0
3. Good understanding of Design Patterns for Actionscript 3.0
4. Knowledge of Flex and Actionscript 3.0
5. Mandatory should have exp in Creating custom component using Flash/Flex/Actionscript3.0
6. Knowledge Flash Media Server
